For a boss she is rude every time I come in and gives me dirty looks like I'm not supposed to be here or waisting her time I work for door dash and for example tonight she did the same thing she always does and then told me she didn't have my order on her screen yet that I needed to get moving on down the road. The restaurant is in bad need of cleaning. No hairnets for any of the cooks. There were can and trash all at the front door outside. Also a big garbage bag full of old donuts. Yesterday I was going to stop in and have a quick bite. When I was entertaining the store, the front door had spit or vomit on it. So I had to go the bathroom before I sat down. Please provide this location with more emplyees. Went inside and was told that they only had one person cooking and one waitress. She said it would take at least an hour to get served. Decided to go next door to Olive Garden and 45 mins after I was done eating and I decided to go back to Steak and Shake drive thru for some shakes. It took 42 mins to finally get my shakes!

Went through drive through to order 7 by 7 was told I had to come inside. Went inside and ordered after long hard day of moving I could barely walk spent $14.90 and they did not include my fries with my order. They have one job to do and screwed it up. An employee advised me to return to the store with my receipt and I'll be given another sandwich. The employee did not identify himself. I also called corporate office and was on hold for 28 minutes and no one ever picked up. This is unacceptable. I've gotten food from Steak and Shake on numerous occasions. However, I've noticed this year that service has declined at Store No. 219 . I really would appreciate receiving hot food and my full order. Employees should be double checking bags as an effort to make sure that the order is complete. I've been to this location a couple of times. The first time I was there the latino lady was awesome food was great and she didn't even have help that night in the dining room.
